The Culinary Arts program at YTI is outstanding. The equipment is well taken care of and the kitchens are top-notch! Being able to work in the student-run restaurant is something that really attracted me to the school. I learn well with hands-on experiences and this is very exciting to me. Also, I have faith that the staff at YTI will match me with the perfect internship for me.

Academic Flexibility – The main reason I chose this school was becuase of the flexibility and convienience of the academic cirriculum, and attendance. The instructors are attentive, and are proactive in helping students provided you care as much about the quality of your own work as them. The attendance schedule is choice too becuase if you have any major changes in your life that require you to leave the classroom setting, you can take online course. I feel like I can't loose with YTI!

Being a single mother I was very pleased to only have to take courses relevant to my major. I was already learning material my 4th day of class that was new to me which was great. I can email my teachers anytime of any day with questions and they respond promptly. I like that the last 3 months of attending YTI I will be doing an externship. Not only are they teaching me the material, they are helping me get experience in the field!
