Overall Experience: If I had to do it over again I would have chosen not to come here again. I would have went straight to Radford University instead. They don't offer the courses that I need for my major and they don't have a clue what they are talking about. I've been told 3 different things about being able to graduate and get my Asssociates Degree and now I am having to finish the classes at Radford instead of going straight into my program.

Overall Experience: Class sizes are nice because they aren't very big. There's more student/teacher interaction.

Online Courses: In order to do online courses you have to be extremely self motivated and I was not. I learned that online courses were not for me. The work load was reasonable, but it took a long time to actually see my grades in the last.

Student Body: Students at my school aren't very friendly. There very immature and irresponsible. They don't like to get involved with people outside of their cliques. I honestly feel like I am still in high school here.

Tuition & Financial Aid: They have a scholarship here called Wythe/Bland Scholarship that they use to pay for people who live in those counties. I went to school at Fort Chiswell High School my entire high school and middle school career and graduated from Fort Chiswell, but because I lived 200 feet over the county line I couldn't receive the scholarship. That was a set back. I received financial aid and scholarships to help for tuition, but still had to pay quite a bit of money that I didn't have for books.

Career Services: They aren't very good at all. You cannot get any help here or find any jobs.

Academic Experience: I'm just getting my general studies degree at my current school. The classes are fairly easy and there isn't a heavy work load.

Academic Experience: Class registration process is very stressful at WCC because there is a big disconnect between students and advisers. I'm transferring to Radford University in the fall and I was told that I could finish my degree during the summer semester. That wasn't the case though.

Campus Resources: We don't have very many campus activities that go on here. We have a basketball team, but the gym they play in is very small and outdated and there aren't any seats. We have a nice library, it's a fairly good size. The schools advisers do not communicate with the students very well at all.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I don't feel like I get enough financial aid year to year. I barely have enough to cover tuition and I always have to pay over !500 each semester for books out of my own pocket. It makes things stressful and money tight.

Online Courses: I really enjoy online classes. Sometimes it is a challenge teaching yourself but I learn so much to prepare me for my career. I work full time and I am a full time student so online classes make it easier to attend college and work at the same time.

Online Courses: One time I was having trouble opening my e-textbook in my math class. I tried calling the company to solve my problem-twice. My teacher tried to explain different options to me in an email. Finally, when she realized it was too confusing to understand through emails, she called my home number and walked me through the entire process. I have been extremely thankful to her for that ever since then.

Career Services: I have not been involved in the post-grad or career services at my school because I am planning on transferring to another institution to complete my degree.

Campus Resources: We have a wonderful academic resource center. Friendly and knowledgeable people who work there (most of them students) were always ready to help me and answer my questions.

The campus is very pretty. We have three even days each semester: "Welcome Back Day", "Fall Esprit", and "Spring Fling". These events feature free food from local restuarants, games, music, karaoke, and fun challenges for the students to perform (with monetary awards). These are a lot of fun and a great way for students to meet and bond.

Campus Resources: I only had problems with our network at school when I first started, while storms and rain related to a hurricane were making the internet really slow at the school. Otherwise, I have never lost connection on a network computer.

My only complaint would be that it is difficult sometimes for me to connect with my tablet from home.

Student Body: In my classes, the typical student is white, female, in their late teens or twenties, and persuing a General Studies degree or a nursing degree of some sort.

Academic Flexibility: Classes were almost always available both in class and online, so if my schedules conflicted, there was always the possiblity of doing an online class instead.

Academic Experience: I am a Liberal Arts major, and one thing I liked about the program was that my Academic Advisor was also my Spanish teacher.

Academic Experience: All of my professors were ready to help me with any problems I experienced and wanted me to update them on my success after WCC.

Overall Experience: I love my high school. The teachers really take the time to help the students gain the knowledge they will need to pursue their future career. My school is offering three languages which gives students a variety of languages to be capable of speaking and will help with the career's.

Academic Experience: We have a nursing program at our high school. It has helped me gain more knowledge about nursing and anatomy of the body.
