Academic Experience: The Criminal Justice program there is bar non the best because it is geared for those who want to be police officers and I love every class, find myself interested, and feel I learn information that is absolute applicable to the real world. It is not easy per se if your not ready to work hard and show up to class don't come because the students in the major are all very dedicated, motivated, and hard working and those who are not just frustrate the rest of us and the teachers and administration do not tolerate it either. The work load is almost all in class; show up, take notes, take tests, write your final paper that's about it if you can do that you'll be fine. The one great other thing is the building where the department is also has the local criminal justice police academy in it and the teachers that teach the academy teach the major so you learn like your at the academy already.

Academic Experience: From what i have heard the school offers very good majors like nursing, criminal justice, and science and Ive heard a lot of colleges in Maryland like taking transfer students from here.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I moved from out of state and thus had to become a Maryland state resident meaning I had to pay out of state tuition for a semester which was ridicules for a community college but than after I personally had obtained state residency status I was informed because my mother was a NY state resident and I was her dependent I could not qualify for instate tuition, it was frustrating and the college had misleading information posted that I only later learned through the aforementioned process.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I had a very easy time transferring in the only problem i had was I was assigned to do and take certain tests and credits and when I went to services they were confused why the school had me take them because I should have been waived.

Overall Experience: I am in the criminal justice program and it is a great program, with great teachers who have great real world knowledge and experience all personal are very helpful and knowledgeable. The one thing is its rather small so most classes are olny offered once a year so you have to know what to take and when.
