College Junior

Health & Safety: I have NO idea! I have never encountered this on campus or with a classmate.

5 College Junior

Local Area: ABSOLUTLY love Burbank. Love the SF Valley. Love LA. 6 months in, this is now home.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Tons of options. None walking distance but everything you could want just 2 miles or so away!

College Junior

Athletics: ditto to the other answers. I honestly don't know since I live off campus and I am a grad student. However they do it, the student live is very active

College Junior

Greek Life: Again, I don't live on campus and I am a graduate student so I don't really know the best answers here.

College Junior

Campus Housing: I am not living on campus, but from what I see they are gorgeous.

5 College Junior

Majors: It is the perfect mix of theoretical and concrete, book and hand-on learning.

5 College Junior

Administration: I wouldn't change a thing. They focus on the right things.

4 College Junior

Party Scene: It' a great way to connect with other students

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Phenomenal are but VERY hard to find available, affordable housing for students. Especially with pets.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: It's funny how you may be a month or two into school, and suddenly see the most attractive guy ever on hiw way to Woodys to grab dinner, and there you sit, staring and wondering, "Hellooo, where did you come from?" The answer is that he is an Architecture student and while this may be the first time seeing him this will also be your last. Architecture has the most charming and talented males down there but seriously, they only come out once every blue moon due to their heavy workload.

Overall Experience: So far so good and I mean that in the most positive way. Woodbury may be small but it focusses heavily on the students that are here, still talks to the alumni that graduate and give their all to those who are in hopes of attending here.

College Junior

Overall Experience: I haven't been able to focus on that aspect just yet.

2 College Junior

Campus Housing: I have lived on campus for two years now in both North Hall and South Hall. Dining is a horror, the cost is making me pull out loans I know I can't afford. I do believe South Hall had bedbugs last semester.

College Junior

Diversity: I do not pay much attention to others in this regard simply because I guess others don't show or tell or even ask their affiliations.

2 College Junior

Campus Food: As a campus resident I can confidently say I am sick of the campus food, even an off campus student can probably say the same thing if asked but it is there and convenient.

3 College Junior

Academics: Being in Graphic Design is different than any other major, just like Film or Fashion would be different too. It's not harder or easier, it's just how you take it.

4 College Junior

Majors: It wasn't difficult for me, however that being said I was a transfer student from another art school; therefore I already had a portfolio to show upon being asked, I had already been in my major just at another school so to go through the process again was like having a second chance but this time nailing all the parts I was weary about in the first place.

College Junior

Majors: I haven't had an internship yet but will very soon within my Junior year.

4 College Junior

Party Scene: The parties here aren't like at some big school like UCLA or USC but they are just right for our size school and usually everyone attends even those you'd least expect.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Everyone's situation is different, in this case at least Woodbury tries to work with you and explain things that you or your provider might not understand.

3 College Junior

Administration: It's almost like they pick and choose when they want to do something or even sometimes who they want to catch and write up.

4 College Junior

Academics: The workload isn't too bad if you know how to manage your time right, all the facilities are open to those when they need it, or at least most of the time. Woodbury is such a peaceful open campus that as a student you can do you work almost anywhere.

2 College Junior

Athletics: We do not have a sports team at this time. We have an on campus gym which is perhaps the size of a small Starbucks and basketball courts that double sometimes as a soccer field for those who want to play on the concrete because we don't have enough grass to even play catch on.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Once you have lived on campus for perhaps one to two semesters, you most likely will want out. However, while there are many places for rent or sale; regarding apartments, studios and such, it is hard to find something on a student budget with out really getting lucky or knowing someone with a deal.
