Off-Campus Housing: it's a small area and everything is close to each other, so it isn't hard to find a place close to the school. some places also offer student discounts.

Off-Campus Housing: I live off campus, in another state. I love where I live and Wilmington University makes it easy for me to obtain all the information I need without the travel.

Off-Campus Housing: The pros about off campus housing near my school in variety it is a mix of all races and flexible with renting at houses to college students the availability is somewhat open.

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I have been in four different apartments ranging from different prices and space. They were all very nice apartments. The pros are being able to do as you please, not having someone looking over you all the time, you get your own space. The cons are that there isn't much socializing if you don't know anyone so you can get bored easily. The parking and safety has always been good. Depending on the apartment the availability is good too if you fill out the applications early. The school helps by giving you a list of apartments and apartments that give a discount if you attend the university. If you need a roommate that is all on you unfortunately unless you are a student athlete and the coach helps put the team together to help them room with each other.

Off-Campus Housing: There isn't a campus for students to live on, but there are tons of resources and nice places for students to live.
