Off-Campus Housing: There are theme houses right next to campus, so that is really convenient. It is also pretty easy to find housing, because there are a lot of apartments nearby.

Off-Campus Housing: Living off campus is totally worth it. There are a lot of options around $300-400 a month including all utilities.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The school actually has bought up a lot of the houses right adjacent to campus. They are called "Theme Houses" You can apply with a bunch of friends to rent a theme house for the next school year. It is considered "campus housing" even though they are off campus and you can have a dining plan still. These are some of the best options.

Off-Campus Housing: It can be hard to find a place close to campus depending on when you start looking. You need to start looking about half a year before the school year you would be living there starts. But the added freedom so worth it.
