Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's been great and an easy process so far

Tuition & Financial Aid: So far so good. This week I will begin working with that department as I get my financial situations taken care of.

Tuition & Financial Aid: WGU has the lowest tuition rate I could find out of all schools with my degree or similar to my degree.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid process is easy. The only issue I've ever had was that you can go at your own pace. There are 25 week terms, and if you were to take only 4 classes in your 25 weeks you would start to lose money rather than save it. Since it is competency based, sometimes the work load is hard and you can't just "double up" on classes to save money. So that is a major disadvantage, and eventually, you could end up spending the same amount on tuition or even more. However the curriculum is worth it.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid staff are great and I never had any issues with them. The value of education I received was definitely not worth the money spent. The beginning of my program was wonderful but halfway through the program it felt like a waste of time and money. 2 classes had to be canceled due to not having enough instructors and the replacement instructors were not interested in the students education
