4 College Junior

Campus Food: Many different food options such as La pita, Sy Thai, and many more.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Towers Cafe, which most students to go, is nothing special. The food provider is Aramark. . .which also happens to be the food provider for some prisons. Anyway, what the Towers Cafe lacks in terms of taste and freshness, Gold N' Greens makes up for. As a vegetarian, I may be biased though (Gold N' Greens is a vegetarian and kosher place but they have started serving fish). Warrior dollars (money that comes on your meal plan that you can spend at non-cafeteria places) work at Taco Bell, Starbucks, Einstein's. . .Other great campus eateries (these don't take Warrior dollars) are Byblos and La Pita. There's also a potato place nearby but I have not tried it yet.

5 College Freshman

Campus Food: Best food ever, may be a little pricey, but its worth it!

3 College Junior

Campus Food: There aren't enough food options on campus. Students are never asked on what restaurants they want on campus.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: honestly it is not as bad as everyone says it is, but it is definitely not worth the money we pay for it.

The food at Wayne State is good, and there is a diverse selection— you can find Mediterranean food, pizza, vegetarian options, and almost anything you can think of. The University has two dining halls that are open to anybody for a charge of about $7, but it is all-you-can-eat, so it’s a good deal. WSU is mainly a commuter school, so most people either bring lunches or feast in the student center because of the many choices there. You'll find fast food options like Subway, Pizza Hut, and KFC there; just be warned that these establishments are a little pricier than their free-standing counterparts.

In the UGL (Undergraduate Library), there is Delilah's Café, which is like a small convenience store that sells premade sandwiches, salads, and fruit salads. Delilah's is a little pricy, but it works if you forget your lunch. There are also vending machines across campus that have built-in microwaves for frozen dinners you can bring from home or for the popcorn you can purchase from the machines.
