Washtenaw is a wonderful community college, with a very safe feel to it. Washtenaw is a wonderful place for being a journalism major, since we are located in Ann Arbor, which is a huge news area. Washtenaw does a very good job of offering a variety of clubs and sports for every kind of enthusiast! Washtenaw is also a very diverse college which makes it a comfortable setting for anyone. The only negative about WCC is the parking, sometimes it can be a little crowded, but we always managed to park eventually!

Washtenaw Community College is a very flexible school! They have times for you day and night! Classes are offered from early morning to late night, and teachers are more than willing to work with you if you have to work or if you have any other time consuming issues that interfere with your class time. When my father passed away, my teachers were more than understanding about my situation and gave me more than ample time to complete my schoolwork before the school year was over. Another great thing about WCC, is that transferring to another school is VERY easy! WCC has representatives from other universities and colleges almost all year round, and those representatives explain how you can transfer to their university after you obtain your Associate's Degree at Washtenaw.

Washtneaw Community College- Good Education for a Good Price. Washtenaw Community was a good and convenient choice for my education and future career. The school had many resources for students whether your a transfer student or having issues with grades, they work really well with you. Classes are nicely sized and the faculty are great, too! The only down fall is that it feels like a community college rather than a university-kind of like high school.
