5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I have had some great professors at WSU. They really care about your ability to do well. They help you to the best of their abilities and will try to help you succeed. The class sizes are what you would expect from a college.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The networking at WSU is great. There are always ways to get connections and help further your career path with the help of others.

Health & Safety: I think the safety at WSU is very good. I feel safe walking home at night from the library by myself. I also feel safe on greek row at the parties and walking home if i needed to.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Living in the dorms was okay. Its a transition to living in your own room and then sharing with another person. However living in the dorms this past year, I made some of the best friends that I have ever had, and I wouldn't take the experience back.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: I personally am not a part of Greek life, however I am considering it for the upcoming year. I think that Greek life is a great opportunity. Greek life helps you be apart of the community and also helps you get connected to the school better. I think that people meet a lot of their life long friends in Greek life. Although going Greek is not the only way to make friends and be a apart of the community.

Athletics: The fan support at WSU is like no other. I remember my first Cougar football game, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I left that game with ringing ears, and no voice. Also most likely a cold, considering it was pouring the whole game and it was in the 30's. The stands were packed till the end of the game, we hugged and cheered our team on, through the rain, and through the pain of our frozen toes. Seeing how the whole school came together to support fellow students represent our school was amazing. Cougs really do love their fellow Cougs.

Overall Experience: If I could choose a college all over, I would still choose WSU. Washington State University is my home. I met the most amazing friends, professors and community. The professors there care about your success, and push you to do your best. The atmosphere at WSU is like no other, Cougs look out for Cougs no matter what. Once a Coug always a Coug. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Some professors are really motivated and good at teaching and others are there only to push their views upon the students in their classrooms and to prevent discussion of topics.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: There are lots of job and internship opportunities. It can be hard to know where to look for them.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I feel reasonably safe walking alone on campus, but will avoid parties and Greek houses.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I disliked the mandatory floor meetings for the dorm halls because I found them pointless. In addition, they seem to be just a money-making scheme by the school because it requires that all Freshmen live in one for a year.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: They party a lot, but again, I am not involved with the Greek Community.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: I'm not involved with the sports at WSU, but have noticed a lot of school spirit from many of the students who attend.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I enjoy being at WSU, but have had some professors who are only concerned with pushing their own world views upon the students and refuse to consider other views or allow unbiased discussion.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: It is a very good experience when living as an out-of-state student, being able to live on your own and have freedom, but its location is bad. School activities try to make up for the isolated place, but not by much.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: All career prospects are provided through the degree you strive to achieve. advisors strongly encourages students to take advantage of them.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There is services when they are needed, everything can be handled no matter what measures.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Not the best for what it is worth, better to live off-campus than on.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek-life is a big part of this college, many people choose the Greek-life to have fun with others on campus.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: Watching teams are fun to go to, can be enjoyed with friends and family.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The people are nice around campus, but the location itself is very hard to live in, being in the middle of nowhere.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Extremely expensive for average living arrangments
