Overall Experience: Being a student at Washington State University, I have been granted the honor of experiencing what it truly means to be a cougar. I have fallen in love with the dynamic of the campus as well as my generous and talented peers. Although I feel very fortunate to have obtained the knowledge that I have from taking various courses at my university, my favorite experience has been having the opportunity to join my Greek chapter Kappa Delta at Washington State University. My sisters provide both emotional and academic support for me, something that I am extremely grateful for. These experiences mean the world to me, and I could not be happier with my decision to become a cougar as well as a lifelong member of Kappa Delta Sigma Tau Chapter.

Overall Experience: I love Washington State University and could not have chosen a better school for myself. The community is outstanding and when students/community refer to WSU as a family, they really are telling the truth. I have never felt so ingrained within a school or a community of students. Along with the community aspect, the education offered at WSU is excellent.

Overall Experience: I arrived at Washington State University with high expectations in response to my older sister's exciting stories. Needless to say, I did not share the Coug passion she had. I struggled with adjusting to the isolated campus along with classes as they require much more responsibility than high school. I joined a sorority which gave me an incredible support system to help with difficult courses and discussing feelings of doubt for the university. The romanticized party culture that consumes the mostly freshman and sophomore's free time made it difficult for me to make new friends; as I am not very fond of going out on the weekends. The major I chose, hospitality business management, has opened many networking opportunities that have given me a chance to expand my professional network and learn more about the different industries that will be open to me. This and the sorority are keeping me at this university.

Overall Experience: It takes a special kind of person to be a part of the Coug Nation. WSU is a great college where I finally became a part of something and found my place in the world. The classes are hard, and they push you to do your best, while the professors are available to help you through it. There are also many tutor centers around campus. Whether the classes are large or small, WSU college students are supported. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Attending this university has changed me in so many positive ways, I'm not afraid to stand in front of a crowd, and I'm not afraid to stand up for myself. Overall Experience: I have learned to take school more seriously and have developed a routine that works for me. The setup of the campus is really nice and makes me feel at home. Overall Experience: The campus looks so classic and the campus is in the history town area that's all I love about it the most. It was fantastic to have been accepted here because this school is such a great influence to me .

Overall Experience: Something about the community is incredible. Everyone helps everyone out, students, faculty, staff... everyone. I feel welcomed and that people know my name, and what I'm hoping to accomplish, and then they help me succeed in those goals.

Overall Experience: WSU is unlike any other school. It is a big school with a small school feel. Anyone and everyone can find a place to fit in. No other school has more spirit. Go Cougs!

Overall Experience: WSU is a college town, so it is a great school if you are interested in the Greek system and/or extracurricular activities.

Overall Experience: There is almost no community. Get involved in clubs or leadership if you can because if you want some kind of community that's the only way you might get it. If you already have a solid friend group, you'll be fine. I wish there was on-campus living. Everybody lives far away. They are basically only there to take their classes and leave. The cafeteria is tiny. The classes/professors were okay in the one year I went there. They seemed intelligent for the most part but some of them not necessarily interested in the topics they were teaching. Some were poor teachers. I want to transfer and seek better community somewhere else.

Administration: In my experience, the campus strictness is fairly strict and very understanding.

Campus Food: The on campus food tastes pretty good but sadly there's not a lot of options for healthy meals.

Scholarships: Personally, I had a hard time recieving my financial aid and it took me many months for paperwork to be processed and confirmed.

Off-Campus Housing: The prices of off campus housing vary greatly, but there are a lot of different options to choose from.

Party Scene: There is definitely not a lack of parties. However, parties are kind of limited for males seeing as how frat parties only let in girls.
