Off-Campus Housing: Some pros are that it is off campus so more freedom, it helps prepare you for after college, and it is more flexible. Some cons are that you have to pay a fee in order to live off campus, it is more maintenance, and it may be more expensive.

Off-Campus Housing: There are very limited options and its not worth it

Off-Campus Housing: I haven't experienced living off campus yet, but I haven't really heard many bad things about it.

Off-Campus Housing: I've been to a few off-campus residencies and from what I've seen and heard, they're pretty nice and within decent distance from campus. It's not rare for students to live off-campus, but I know more people who choose to stay on-campus their junior and senior years. Unless your parents or family live in town, freshman aren't allowed to live off-campus so it's mostly upperclassmen who take advantage of this opportunity. Waverly is a small town so safety isn't much of an issue and the people I know haven't had any issues with their landlords.
