5 College Senior

Academic Experience: I've brought my class experience well beyond the classroom. I learned how to converse, create art, salsa dance, calculate numbers. The classroom environment here really helped me develop a confident voice and I quickly got into the Honors program and am able to be surrounded by other students who love learning.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: Walla Walla Community College is the best academic school around. This college has helped me in so many ways. If I don't understand something the teachers are willing to help. The instructors overall know what they are teaching and it helps to have instructors know what they are talking about. I have learned a lot in these past few months and I would like to learn more.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Im only prerequisites right now, and it has been a lot of work because I am also going for my AA degree but it is all worth it to get my college education.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I am currently attending a community college for two years so that I can transfer to a university. I am trying to get an AA degree. The major that I have chosen to get is Graphic Design. My counselor has helped me set up a scheduale to what classes I can take next quarter and what my GPA will be if I were to fail a class or two. If something were to take me two steps back in the education then I have a back up plan. The curriculum is easy to understand but very hard to do especially if it's done online. The job opportunities aren't as appealing but manageable, but sadly it's hard to get a job at a school full of kids who also want the same job.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I'm going for a computer science transfer, and the teachers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they don't get as much funding as they could and there are only two full time teachers. The facilities are beginning to go out of date, but it's not too bad yet. I hope this area of the school gets more funding.
