I went in on a Friday talk to my admissions advisor about the possibility of attending classes, within 3 hours i had finished everything needed to get started, had my grants and loans approved and had my schedule to start classes the following Monday. It was a very fulfilling experience!

Most Unique Experience to Date! I've thoroughly enjoyed this new experience in my life. For the first time, I'm doing something that is 'just for me'. My frame of mind is that no one or anything will interfere with my schooling. My goal is to become totally self sufficient, and upon graduation, I will be able to move anywhere my heart desires and find meaningful employment.

The helped me find a job. I was very worried when school was over (i am going back but during the interm from dipolma to associate program) i would not be able to find a job. Within ONE week Virgina College found me a job in my field. I have loved this job since day one. They really took the time to get to know me and to know what kind of job would suit me and even applied me for that job. I highley encourage students to do their exit interview and take that extra time to ask questions and to get the resumes to the standard that they require to help us find a job. It worked for me!
