4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I liked housing at TU. I think the rooms are nice and the system to pick a house is okay. The customer service people for housing are not my favorite though. They were grumpy and rude at times, not easy to deal with.

Campus Housing: I had to stay at home this year due to financial reasons, however, I have seen and heard from many people that campus housing is a great experience. It's a great way to meet new people, the housing is secure, so there's no worries about safety, and all the housing is very well-kept.

Campus Housing: If you can... Pick your roommate. I had an awful experience my freshman year in an awful dorm. Go for the newest dorm Hardesty. It has the best amenities. If you don't get in there, get into Fisher(the freshman dorm). Do not, I repeat, DO NOT live in Lottie or John!! And do NOT say you are okay with living in a triple... It's not worth the money you save.

Campus Housing: Distance wise, your housing may/may not be a good thing depending on which building your classes are in. The costs are a little ridiculous, especially when you factor the fact that the costs keep rising (for what--?). Certain apartments are best for certain departments' students because they're very close to their relevant building. The male-only dorm is great because it was recently renovated so it's looks new and feel fresh. The females-only dorm is still old and desperately need renovation. That said, its back garden is pretty during spring..

Campus Housing: The dorms are perfectly okay, but the apartments are really nice; they can be hard to get into, but once you're in one, its super easy to move around however you want.
