4 College Student

Party Scene: Lots of options but very costly.

4 College Student

Diversity: There is a lot of diversity present on campus.

3 College Student

Drug Safety: Nothing I have seen yet.

4 College Student

Overall Experience: Classes are good, it is just some teachers that could be better, especially in the Biology Department. However, it was a great first year.

4 College Student

Overall Experience: I have not used the Student Center yet, but hearing of the statistics that are carried with USciences, 90% of people paying off student loans and etc, it seems great.

4 College Student

Health & Safety: Public Safety always does their best in ensuring that our college remains safe and protected.

4 College Student

Campus Housing: It could definitely have been cleaner as well as more amenities.

4 College Student

Greek Life: It could be more involved and there could be more options; I wanted to get involved in Greek life but unfortunately could not find any that interested me.

5 College Student

Athletics: It really is a nice environment and has a lot of good equipment for an athletic facility.

3 College Student

Overall Experience: It was a good year so far, however it could definitely be improved; socially and academically.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The SHAC people are about as helpful as the elementary school nurse. Although I personally have never been to them and don't try to plan on it but my friends have and they usually have a few complaints. SHIP isn't all that helpful either. Safety wise the school is pretty good and they take every threat seriously, public safety is always making rounds on and near the campus. You also have the option of calling public safety to take you back to your dorm if you feel unsafe or if its too late at night.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: This school is all about academics so I can be sure in saying that the professors are very well versed in their courses. A lot of the courses are science based but there are some businesses classes offered as well. Although I haven't had that many classes there is a variety in class styles and sizes. Some classes are small with 20 to 30 people (some even smaller) and others are lectures that have around 90 people. The lectures usually have lecture capture whereas there have been occurrences where some don't.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Although not many people know the name of this school or what it is, those that two can really praise its academic excellence. A very large portion of the graduating classes are very successful and are going towards doing bigger and better things. The teacher help you with internships in your later years and you may even get the change to work with one of your professors depending on what major you choose. They have many research opportunities and even have clubs that offer help in these kinds of things.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: To be perfectly honest the housing on campus is terrible and isn't worth the cost that the school has tagged onto it. For first years its nice that its close to everything and is directly on campus. Its half and half on cleanliness but its gross most of the time.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: The Fraternities and Sororities are always looking for people to recruit and are always taking part in things for the community. They are usually very nice and talk to everyone they don't just hang out with their own brothers and sisters. Although this does happen but they are open people.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: The school actually doesn't seem to take a big part in sports, student life doesn't revolve around the baseball or softball games that happen. They are important to the athletes but usually people are spending more time in their academics.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Overall this school is mostly academics, the coursework is ridiculous and makes you wonder why you haven't left yet. The work leaves students stressed and scared beyond belief but oddly motivated. The school is also very small and it does feel like high school all over again, but you don't have an issue getting along with people because they are usually very accepting and everyone usually gets along with everyone. I will say though that career wise this is a good step but if you're looking for a real college experience this isn't the way to go.

2 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I am here for educational purposes only. I don't think anyone at this school comes here for the college experience. The workload is ridiculous and the course difficulty make you wonder why you have not dropped out yet. Speaking for myself, my only motivation to do my time here at USciences is that I will be financially stable in approximately four years.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The names University of the Sciences or Philadelphia College of Pharmacy are usually met with confusion by people not in the pharmaceutical field. People involved in pharmacy do recognize that name, however, and there is a good chance that they went to PCP, as well. So in some aspects, going to USciences can be beneficial when networking and trying to find a job.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: It's hard to believe that I can't even see an actual doctor at a health sciences university, but then again, it is USciences. Staff at SHAC are about as useful as a elementary school nurse. Good thing, there is a plethora of hospitals in Philadelphia, because you'll probably walk out of the SHAC with more problems than you came in with.

2 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Extremely disappointed in the housing options at USciences. The housing options do not match the $40,000 price tag. They more adequately match the price of a stay at a trashy motel. Advice to anyone looking at this school: avoid the mice and roach infested Osol Hall at all costs, and go as far a selling your kidney to live in Wilson Hall, as it is the lesser of the four evils.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: I'm not a part of Greek Life, but many of my friends are and they all seem to enjoy the relationships that they have built throw their respective organizations. Greek life is not a social deal breaker at USP; join if want or don't join if you don't want.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: Sports is not a big part of campus life here at USci; all we do is study. One thing that bothers me: the athletes get first pick for registration, so they take up all the space in the easier elective courses.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Don't expect it to be like the colleges on TV. It probably won't be the best years of your life, but the people who usually say college was the best years of their lives usually have pretty subpar lives.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The small school environment makes it easy to meet people and get to know your professors. Class sizes are small to give individualized attention. Great quality of schools and easily accessible to the greatest city in the world.
