Off-Campus Housing

Off-Campus Housing: I don't know anything about the off-campus housing options except the hotel that overflow housing students get when the campus runs out of space that forces them into the most expensive option. While you can be grateful to have a place to stay during the semester, it would still be nice for more options to open so students could avoid the situation.

Off-Campus Housing: It's very expensive, its better off to stay living on campus.

Off-Campus Housing: I can't say something bad I've never experienced.

Off-Campus Housing: if you want close, expect to pay a ton; if you want cheap expect to drive

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live in a home.

Living off campus is not always the best option if you do not have a reliable form of transportation. Although most of the time it is cheaper to find an apartment off campus, it is more convenient (but more expensive) to live on campus because there is no need to get up earlier to beat the traffic to get to class on time. Also, by living off campus, you do not get the full college experience because you miss out on the events held on campus. You will, however, learn important life skills for the real world and become a more independent adult.

Broadway is probably your best bet when looking for an apartment, as it is close to the University and has several options from which to choose. Finding a place on Broadway will be a good pick since most of the apartments are within walking distance of UIW.
