Guys & Girls

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: There are plenty of different types of people. There are also some international students every somester from different parts of the world to add diversity to it

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: It a small campus and I do not socialize with other people besides athletes.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: If you hang out with people you can relate to, you'll enjoy your experience. And always have a diverse group, don't be clique-ey!

4 Recent Alumnus

Guys & Girls: Just as diverse as the culture here on campus is, so is the dress. We have girls who rock things that I can't, or wouldn't want too.. but it's them. Most people don't look at you weird hardly ever. The typical student's look for girls is jeans, pretty shirts or graphic tees and tennis. At UIW it's very laid back, we're here for school not to impress anyone. But you'll meet people on all sides of the spectrum and many inbetween.

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: There are different groups, there are gamers, music nerds, anime people, drama geeks, kind of like high school but more accepting of intermerging friends.

UIW has more women than men, but that does not stop the student population from looking for potential significant others. Sure, UIW is a Catholic university, but that does not stop students from hooking up, whether it is on campus in a dorm room or off campus at a party. You will also see more serious relationships as well. The serious relationships heard about more than the hookups.

The typical dress code on campus is casual. You will often see guys wearing basketball shorts and girls wearing Victoria's Secret sweats, and of course, you will also see girls sometimes looking very glamorous. UIW students are not trashy or nerdy looking. They look relaxed and casual, not too over the top, but sometimes you will spot someone in their pajamas, which is understandable because sometimes college life can get quite busy and hectic.

Hookups or Relationships?
There is quite a bit of dating here at UIW. If a random hookup is what you are looking for, you will find it, however, UIW is not particularly known for being a school with a lot of hookups. Most students will be in a relationship, but a lot of the time, it is with someone from another university in the city.
Dress Code
Many students tend to dress very casually, sometimes too relaxed. On an ordinary day, you will see most of the student population wearing sweats, basketball shorts, or jeans. The dress code here at UIW is very laid back. Of course, there is the occasional girly girl who will wear high heels.
