Overall Experience: The tuition is very affordable and the financial aid office very nice. I feel like all staff care about their jobs and helping students.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: The class size, material covered and the professors are what makes Cumberlands the best! I've been to two previous colleges and I've know I have finally found the university I want to establish my education at!!

Off-Campus Housing: Most people just stay on campus because there aren't it a lot of options on places to live off campus for a good price. If you do find somewhere nice, the only good thing is you don't have to go by the visitation rules and stuff like that.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: The majority of the parties take place in the mountain or if someone has an off campus apartment and they host a party. But, no parties really happen on campus unless the campus activity board host one. If they isn't anything in town, people go to Knoxville, TN.

Off-Campus Dining: It's not a big town so there are not many food places. Just the normal fast food places and Dairy Queen which is probably the most popular.

Administration: University of the Cumberlands are very strict when it comes to the safety of the students. They only allow visitation everyday of the week from 7pm-10pm except Sunday and Wednesday no visitation at all. Also on Friday and Saturday they have visitation from 7pm-12am.

Scholarships: The best thing I would do is make sure you have all your financial aid stuff taken care of before the first day of school. Also, if you have outside scholarships make sure they know first and don't use it as making your monthly payments towards your balance because that will mess up the system.

Campus Food: I like how the meal plan is.you get 3 meals a day. The thing I'm not a fan of is the cafeteria food. If I had to pick where to eat from the meal plan it would be first the patriot steakhouse because it has restaurant food that you can have from the meal plan and then the campus grill because its just a mixture of fast food and papa johns pizza.

Campus Housing: Living on Campus is awesome! Although the rooms are a little small it makes you bond with your roommate or roommates better. Everyone in the community of the school are always so friendly. They have a lot of different amenities on campus like the swimming pool, weight rooms, indoor track, and, kind of like a game room.

Scholarships: I was rewarded several scholarships my first year it was easy to apply and they have been very helpful

Campus Food: I enjoy the grill and the patriot steakhouse

Campus Housing: I have loved my first year here. Dorm life has been great room a little small and small bathroom but at least it's not a community bathroom.

5 College Junior

Athletics: Athletics are very important to my University and they're not treated differently on our campus. The school spirit could be better.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I think that there could be more campus security but it's not too bad on campus. A lot of issues happen in "on-campus housing apartments."

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Professors are always available to help.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Some nights are great others not so much.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Football team went to the National Championship.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: It's not super difficult to get in. Get a good ACT

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Administration does not support off-campus housing

Administration: Rules are very strict and enforced, but if you came here you knew that before you came.

Health & Safety: I feel very safe on campus

1 College Sophomore

Greek Life: We don't have Greek Life

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Only a few really good dorms. Archer doesn't have air conditioning

2 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Not much of a party scene

3 College Freshman

Local Area: very small town, not a lot to do.
