Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
Finding a job at school is not hard. The Career Center presents students with work and internship opportunities. Internships are available everywhere, from TV stations around town to promotion and marketing internships in the athletic department. Companies are always more likely to hire within the company, with many students who began as interns growing into full-time employees. Getting a foot in the door is all that is needed, and UTEP's Career Center and professors can help students with that.
