I would have to say that the overall food and dining options on campus are pretty well-balanced and provide a pretty good variety of options when it comes to choosing what you want to eat! I especially love a few things about the food options on campus: they have at least, to my present knowledge, 2 different Starbucks locations within the dining building; they have a lot of my ultimate favorite food genres, like Chik-Fil-A, Panda Express (yum!), Subway, and the absolute best one there- Sushi! The campus has a huge building that consists of their main dining hall holding those major food places mentioned, along with some convenient vending machines located in almost every building on campus and some snack bars; one of my favorites is the mini-convenient store that they have located in one of the buildings, which this places carries everything from any food that can be categorized as junk food, healthy snacks, a wide variety of drinks to choose from, small-sized convenient foods that which can be microwaved, like to-go soup, mac-n-cheese over stovetop or microwave, to many more options that are perfect for people that live on-campus in a dorm! On the other side of the store, they usually have pre-cooked meals that are hot-n-ready to go when you're in a rush during your lunch break in-between classes and switch up the options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which are really super yummy; they also give you the option to make a bagel, grab a muffin, choose from yogurt, sushi, juices, and assortments of fruit. Lastly, they have fresh-brewed coffee more morning goers or for the people who require coffee at all hours of the day and a pretty awesome cappuccino machine! In regards to places available that aren't essentially located inside a building, UTA also has a major road that is lined with different restaurants, fun sporty bars, and sweet little local food joints that you can utilize as a hangout place with your colleagues!

UTA is the best school in the world. UTA is so diverse that it is a representation of the world. I've met countless people who just moved to America a week before school started! Everyone is so friendly regardless of where they grew up, what language they speak, and what culture they come from. The culture at UTA is so unique that it can't be found anywhere else! Everyone has such a passion to succeed and thrive in their desired area of expertise! Becoming a Maverick has been the best decision of my entire life! I couldn't picture myself at any other college or university. I've made lifelong friends that I couldnt image living without! Everyone at UTA is so welcoming and encouraging! I meet someone new every day! The Maverick way is the best way! Go Mavs!

Greek life is what keeps the school spirit lifted and just ensures an overall exciting atmosphere on campus. They have a lot of events and cook-outs, which all students love. Other students don't view Greek students as bad, in fact, they love them for keeping campus life alive and fun! Here is a few Greek houses available on Greek row, but the majority of Greek students just live in dorms like the non-Greek students. The Greek students here value academics and volunteering work. Greek life is definitely not just for partying!
