3 College Student

Technology: Most of them are not Mac's, and all the other ones have windows 8 (unless you are studying computer/electrical engineering you can ask for a Linux one). They are okay, the are quite fast for not being last models.

Technology: There are some computer labs in my college. The problem with this labs are that most of the computers cannot be trusted since they are slow and out of date. The computers of the laboratories have problems connecting with the internet and if the computer connects successfully to the internet then the speed is slow. The need for having a personal computer or laptop is extremely important since it avoids all of the mentioned problems.

5 College Junior

Technology: Super fast internet. Many places to print. Definitely can leave my laptop at home.

3 College Sophomore

Technology: Most computer labs are accessible to students on their department. There are general labs for everyone in the library and student centers. Most of the computers are up to date with Windows 8 and have all the tools needed for a college student to research, program, design, browse and write anything needed.

4 College Sophomore

Technology: In University of Puerto Rico we have a lot of computer labs. We have around two computer lab per building. Printing on campus is very easy and cheap. The network reliability is great and the speed depends on the place you are located. In University of Puerto Rico is best to have your own computer because the computer labs are not open all day and at the end of the day you will be spending a lot of money and time doing all your work in campus.
