4 College Junior

Campus Resources at University of Phoenix - Online: My admissions team has been really good with me and very helpful. As a student I really like how they check up on you by either calling you or emailing you. If they see if you are struggling with a course they try to find every resource to help the student out to be successful.

Campus Resources at University of Phoenix - Online: The school has so many great resources from books, articles, magazines, and other research assistants to friendly faculty who are available to answer questions twenty-four hours a day. Not only do they have these things available but they have hundreds of tutorials to help show you how to use it all and get the best out of the school. They also have job placement and scholarship help. Their website is super easy and friendly to use and if there is ever a problem, their tech support team is up and on it in a heartbeat. They also make you go through a course that shows you everything they have available and how to use it as your first class. It's awesome! I wish all universities had it.

The University of Phoenix has numerous resources in the library where materials, periodicals, journals, and books of every type are available on the library forum. In addition to the library, the University offers a Center for Writing Excellence, where a student can submit original works for grammar and writing etiquette. This is an extraordinary resource to determine the originality of your own writings. There is also a Center for Mathematics Excellence.

There are tutorials for just about every class. Plus, there are also IT tutorials on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Not only do you have tutorials available, but you also have an IT technician available 24/7 that can help with your computer needs online or by telephone. The most valuable resource of all is the University Marketplace, where students can purchase numerous products at a discounted rate, with some as high as 91 percent off the retail price. That is a definite savings!
