For full-time students, the courses are given in blocks of two classes as a full load, even at a brick and mortar traditional campus. The classes are online, and the textbooks that compliment a course are provided online in PDF format. These classes are designed for anyone over the age of 18 that is independently motivated and wants to successfully complete these courses. Students work at their own pace from home, and because it's an independently motivated course, students make the choices to succeed! Students are required to attend classes at least four hours per class per day, and the check-ins for the discussions are four times a week per class or eight times in a week of discussion. Course sessions are normally a nine-week period, with the exception being the Fast Track program, which consists of a five-week course study. Part-time is one class per nine-week session. The classes are very easy to access in the student thread, and you have access to your professor 24/7 by going into the individual forum. In addition to student/professor relationships, students also get to know each other by submitting biographies; they can also chat in a chat room forum.

There are many resources for students. There are workshop labs that a student could schedule themselves into to enhance the study of the course, and in addition to these workshop labs, there is also a wonderful form called the Center for Writing Excellence. Using this resource on an ongoing basis for term papers will help and guide students in grammar and originality. Academic counselors help students select courses that compliment each other. Usually, if a student has a C average or better in a class, he or she can get three credits for the course.

Class Sizes
The class sizes could range from small to large, typically not more than 25 students. They are individually tailored for each student in the individual forums.
Student/Professor Relationships
The relationship that a student has with the professor in an online setting is personal in the individual forums, where the student can address questions to the professor and get test scores on a personal level. The individual forum is not seen by the class. The relationship that a student has with a professor is solely up to the student. Since it is not a traditional school, the relationship is primarily in writing, but if a student prefers to speak to the professor, the professor makes themselves available at the beginning of the course with introductions and a biography.
Testing & Grading Procedures
The testing is done through the assignments, and there are tutorials for almost every class. The submission of written assignments to the Center for Writing Excellence will give you guidance on grammar, editing, and plagiarism. Originality is also included as a percentage of your grade for assignments.
