5 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: college on line makes so easy to be in school any time you want. class starts on Tuesday and ends on Monday at 11.30 pm. and having one class at a time makes it alot easier than trying to do three or four classes at the same (sometimes i get confused between classes). each class is five weeks long then you start the next class. i went to a satelite branch of stark state and most teachers were out to see how students they could flunk. i always thought they were supposed to teach you what you needed to learn, not tell you its in the book. that's the main reason i started on line classes.

Overall Experience: rating my school after being there a week so far is easy, friendly environment, classmates that care, teachers who help you with all of your problems, and ad visors who constantly keep check on you progress. my financial aide so far hasn't gone through yet and i need all the help i can get to ready to go back into the workforce and support my family.

Overall Experience: i have about fifteen people in my online class. everyone is willing to help with any problems. i can learn what i need to know to help the elderly and the handicapped ( my dream). having a handicapped child and with me getting older my classes will help both of us. right now i am cancer free about two years. I will find out if i make to three years in July when i get my next mammogram for breast cancer. i am a survivor, i am also bullheaded and stubborn and i don't give up.

Student Body: i have a team which is in the same time zone and we are getting ready to start our team project. i am not sure but i think i have have to buy a computer program like Microsoft word suite for my computer and i am not sure how much it will cost

College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: i just started taking on line classes last week and i had an unexpected fee to fix my computer. not sure what aide i will receive or when i will get the aide. i also have to pay for the internet which keeps going up. my first time taking on line classes. for week number one i think i got an 89.46% or 90.1%. the grades aren't quite done.

Career Services: taking human services will help my goal of working with the elders and also the handicapped

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: you have so many people that can help you like your classmates, team mates, teachers, advisors, and counselors if you need them

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: teachers and tech support are the best as well as registering administer, financial ad visor, and academic advisor

5 College Freshman

Campus Resources: everything is on line and easy to get to

Academic Flexibility: In the online format, the academic flexibility has been great. I can do my coursework while my family sleeps. I have not attended any other college so transferring credits does not apply.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: So far the experience has been great. If I had the choice to do it all over again, I do not know if I would choose the same school because of the cost; just over $60,000 for an Associates, Bachelors, and a Masters degrees; and that will not even cover the entire Masters program.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Over the two earned degrees and the one I am working on, the class sizes have been manageable for the professors. The courses offered have been applicable to the degree and the teaching styles of the professors have been great for the size and materials for the courses.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: As stated previously, there are few potential jobs posted in the career center. I have not heard of any recruiting events at the school in the six years I have been attending.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: The last classroom I was in was in high school. I love the freedom of the online learning format because I can complete the assignments and reading on my time; not when someone says I have to be in class. As a mother, the online format allows me to further my education without major disruptions to my family time. The interactions with the students and professors is better than in class because there is less visual judgement about what is said by classmates.

4 College Junior

Student Body: There is a great amount of diversity in the online setting; as students and instructors we are all over the country and I have even had the pleasure of working with a few students that lived outside the U.S.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Until the Masters program, financial aid was easy. I was under the impression the Masters program would be $7,000 less than the cost I have figured; hence the reason I am filling out this form. I need to cover the deficit, preferably without going to a private lender.

3 College Junior

Career Services: The career center offers jobs that are above my experience level but below my experience. I have had a hard time finding a job in the career field I want on the career services website. I have small children so the networking does not work well for my family's schedule.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I just started my second course; the curriculum is okay and the professors have been good so far. The posted job opportunities are above and below my skill set and educational level.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The overall experience I have had is good; the advisers are reachable and there is someone to answer my questions. Registration was easy for all three degree programs and the course workload is not unbearable.

College Junior

Campus Resources: I am an online student and do not use the campus resources. The online library is full of resources that is easy to search.

Academic Flexibility: they allow to to work at your own pace
