4 College Freshman

Academics: It's all pretty fair, the major I picked is just meant to be really hard and competitive.

3 College Senior

Academics: I had 2 art history professors who showed excellent teaching skills and a passion for what they were teaching to us. I have had instructors who taught the "foundations" classes that we were all forced to take, who treated all of us students very poorly, and used bullying techniques to "mold" our artistic styles to suit them. I heard the term, "dead babies" more than once, which I felt was so totally not appropriate for a middle-aged man to be using as a joke in a classroom. For the first time since I had been attending school there, I was ready to find a better school. It wasn't the last time that I seriously considered transferring out of the school.

Academics: The academic programs at UNC are growing, and really making great strides and efforts to push farther and be considered one of the top state schools to go to for Colorado Residents. The Nursing and Education programs are far and away the best in the state and are not content with being stagnant, they want to keep moving forward. The Monfort School of Business is also a great program and many students enter successful business career from here. The social sciences are also all great and making a lot of progress. There are a lot of opportunities for you in the language departments as well. I had some difficulties with transferring in a couple of credits, but for the most part my experiences with the Dean of my college went well.

3 College Junior

Academics: most teachers are very helpful
