Drug Safety: I don't really see drug use at UNT, but at the same time it depends on your personality. If you choose that lifestyle then you will find it, if you're not into that sort of stuff then it won't bug you.

Drug Safety: You will always find the students that will find a place where the teacher's and police will not see, just like anywhere else.

3 College Senior

Drug Safety: If you don't do drugs, it shouldn't affect you. Many of my friends have started by smoking marijuana and drinking excess alcohol and have moved on to the hard stuff. Somehow its empowering for them and its a shame, but its really not different than anywhere else. Its just the generational shift toward drug use, which is appalling, but what can you do? Young people are idiots and embarrassing.

Drug Safety: When you go to college people drink it happens. Our classes back up to our fry st with bars, but you still don't see us plastered in class. A lot of kids here at UNT smoke pot, but a lot of local residents do also. It's like dentons thing. It's what chills us all out I'm sure.

Drug Safety: I know you can access at least alcohol and marijuana fairly easy, but you'll be punished severely if you're caught (giving or receiving/using). I don't do either, but I know people in my classes who have been pretty clearly on something.
