3 College Junior

Campus Food: I think it is on the more expensive side and the quality is good but paying almost $10 for a burger and a little bit of fries is kind of much.

College Junior

Campus Housing: We do not have campus housing.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: If you live at home.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I am not very familiar with them.

College Junior

Campus Food: I don't eat on campus.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Its not really a big deal. People don't have too much school spirit.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: Everything was set up for me and I was just given instructions on how to get it. They helped me out alot and made it less of a hassle.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There are alot of fast food places but they rarely give student discounts. The prices are ok and there is a bit of a variety.

3 College Junior

Local Area: Its okay, there are lots of outdoor activities and everyone is nice and friendly. There are lots of fast food places and places to shop.

5 College Junior

Health & Safety: I have never seen any crimes or anything dangerous to my safety. The school police are always around to help you.

College Junior

Academics: Im currently only taking my core classes.

4 College Junior

Greek Life: There is not a very large Greek life presence on the Gainesville campus. However, I believe that students on the Gainesville campus may be allowed to join Greek life on other campuses. Overall, students do not seem to be very concerned about Greek life.

Athletics: The facility is clean and when it's open, it's nice to use....just very limited hours during the morning.

Health & Safety: The campus police are only concerned with giving out parking tickets bc of not having a parking pass or parking in the grass when all of the lots are full. They are like Nazis about parking! It's ridiculous!

Campus Housing: There isn't any housing at the Gainesville campus.

Academics: The nursing program coordinators are not very organized, they change the information, withhold information until the last minute, and are altogether rude sometimes, especially about tests. If we did poorly, we were not studying enough. If we did well, they would make the tests harder! Can't please them!

2 Recent Alumnus

Academics: We had a ton of work to read and do that does not pertain to nursing in actual practice, like the care plans, which the hospital provides for us!

4 Recent Alumnus

Scholarships: It was easy as long as you follow the rules, until I reached the maximum amount of hours for study in nursing....the school really needs to work on allowing students to finish their degree. I lost my financial aid during the second semester of my first year of nursing school. That stinks....filling for an appeal now.

3 Recent Alumnus

Diversity: There is a more diverse ethnic/racial diversity now that it is a university.

3 Recent Alumnus

Greek Life: No Greek life at Gainesville.

Guys & Girls: I am there to further my education, not date.
