4 College Student

Overall Experience: I has been a great because I have been surrounded by great teachers that have helped me throughout my years. I wouldn't have found the degrees I am wanting to pursue or became who I am today without them.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: It is a great campus. Everybody is friendly and the teachers really care about their students education. The small classes help too for one-on-one with teachers if your having trouble in class.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I love the environment of a smaller university. Most of the professors I have had so far love theirs jobs and are great with what they do.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: It is near the interstate, so there is a variety of fast food but not many local/ethnic places.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: I imagine it's similar to most state-run schools...no major issues

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: No major problems...but my financial aid situation is not complicated.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Staff is friendly, lots of options, good health food and junk food.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: As soon as you go off campus, there are plenty of small restaurants within a 10 mile radius.

4 College Junior

Party Scene: Parties are pretty cool. Usually take place during mid day at lake lanier.

3 College Junior

Administration: The school is a tobacco free zone so they are really strict on the students about that. Overall, they have an average restriction policy to certain things on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of top notch places and cheap quickies for everyone!

4 College Sophomore

Administration: I haven't had to meet any of them. That's good?

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Nothing special. The process went without a hitch. I guess that makes it good though?

Campus Food: Food is decent, if not a bit expensive.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Many places near the campus offer the student discount. There are many cheap places surrounding the school. You get plenty of food at American Deli; however, it is a little pricey. It is around $7-$10 for something, but it filled me up. Wasabi is nice place to eat if you are craving sushi and Chinese food.

3 College Junior

Administration: It really depends on the teacher you register for whether or not he or she cares about attendance or not. The parking police is very strict. If you do one thing wrong, he will give you a ticket. One time I received a ticket for absolutely nothing. I had to get a temporary parking pass because I had recently gotten a new car. The parking police gave me a ticket anyway saying it was expired when it was not even expired.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: Financial aid was really easy to come by. All you have to do is not have any holds in your student account. Just check what the school requires from you.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: Most people eat in either the student center or the 2nd floor of Nesbitt cafe. It gets crowded really easily since the University of North Georgia in Gainesville keeps accepting more and more people each year. There are many varieties when choosing food: nachos, burgers, pizza, subs. The food is good quality, but it is not the best. It is actually a little pricey too. I actually wished that they offered an even greater variety of foods in the student center. In the 2nd floor of Nesbitt, we have a cafe. This cafe is a supposed Starbucks. It is nothing close to the real thing. Many students intern at it. They do not accept Starbucks cards either, which is really disappointing.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: I think it is on the more expensive side and the quality is good but paying almost $10 for a burger and a little bit of fries is kind of much.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: If you live at home.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I am not very familiar with them.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Its not really a big deal. People don't have too much school spirit.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: Everything was set up for me and I was just given instructions on how to get it. They helped me out alot and made it less of a hassle.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There are alot of fast food places but they rarely give student discounts. The prices are ok and there is a bit of a variety.

3 College Junior

Local Area: Its okay, there are lots of outdoor activities and everyone is nice and friendly. There are lots of fast food places and places to shop.
