Health & Safety

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There are always police officers on campus. We always have at least one cop in our library because there are hundreds of students who are coming in and out. Police officers will check in on places randomly and when needed. I feel pretty safe on campus, but I also know not to be out in isolated areas such as parking lots at night when no one is there because that in general is something everyone should know is not safe to do anywhere.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: There are rarely any crime on campus but if there is security will come in a hurry.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: Like any campus the question today is "is it really safe here." There are no metal detectors at the doors and anyone can walk in. Here in America though we should not live in fear or worry everyday that there will be an attack. I do however feel uncomfortable walking through areas back to my car alone when it is dark outside. In one specific area there is a sidewalk surrounded by woods and with it being as isolated as it is, I feel it could be a potential area for an assault.

5 College Junior

Health & Safety: UNF is definitely a safe FL campus.

5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There are UPD stations around campus and if someone feels threatened, they can just access the box and UPD responds. I like this a lot and it makes me feel secure
