Academics: Because I m studying anthropology unm is a great school for that particular subject, I'm close to home, tuition is cheaper, everyone seems happy about all these little things, however eduction is still expensive even as an instate student and I feel once you have decided on your vocation then see the given advisor and then you only have to take the courses that will get you a degree, just for the sake of building hours on campus and other silly requirements that have nothing to do with ones major is a waste of time, potential, and finances/resources.

4 College Senior

Academics: I am satisfied with my cirriculum. I am learning to be more focused and my professors influence my success.

3 College Junior

Academics: Curriculum and course work is optional as long as the class relates to a field.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: I think the registration process could use work, but everything else is great. I have found a lot of success in my courses and with my professors. I would not want to be anywhere else.

4 College Junior

Academics: Being a biology major allows you to learn from teachers that actually want to see their student succeed.
