Off-Campus Housing: The cost is worth living off-campus but then you have to pay for parking at school and housing is hard to find right by our school.

Off-Campus Housing: The cost is about reasonable, better than on-campus housing depending on where you choose to live. The apartment complex I live in offers a shuttle service on week days. The shuttle picks us up from the apartment and has two drop off and pick up locations that are the same year round. This is beneficial for me because I can take the subway through the Mayo buildings to get to my classes and stay warm during the winter time.

Off-Campus Housing: not a lot of help from the school to find off campus housing

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Wide variety of apartments and homes. Being a college town there are a lot of house apartments because so many people live/work near Mayo Clinic and IBM. Rochester is full of students, with UMR, RCTC, and all of the education programs at Mayo Clinic, which results in a lot of student-friendly housing options.

Off-Campus Housing: The off-campus housing is much more affordable than the apartments on campus and since UMR is located downtown it is very easy to find housing sites nearby.
