Off-Campus Dining: I wouldn't be surprised if Ann Arbor had the best off-campus dining in the country.

Administration: U-M is great because it recognizes when students will do activities like drinking anyway and, instead of trying to prevent it, they give the tools needed to keep their students safe (like the Stay in the Blue app).

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: U-M gave me just what i needed, no more and no less, and it was the financially best option given quality.

Campus Food: I regularly eat at South Quad and there is always, always a delicious option!

Campus Housing: I currently live in South Quad at University of Michigan, and I love it! It's newly renovated with an excellent dining hall, and very close to all my classes.

Off-Campus Housing: The price of off-campus housing is probably the worst feature. While you can find some reasonable prices, many other college towns, that I have friends in, are much more college student price friendly. All of the really nice apartments and houses are way out of my price range. I did find a nice little apartment but obviously you get what you pay for and the laundry room is awful and the kitchen is way too small and the internet sucks. But it allows for more freedom than the dorms and it's worth it I think.

Off-Campus Dining: There are many choices for off campus dining in Ann Arbor. Pretty much anything you are craving you can find some where relatively close by. And it's all really good food, but prices can get high at the nicer restaurants.

Administration: Parking is the worst, I know many people who have gotten many tickets or have gotten towed, it's just really inconvenient. Underage drinking is never enforced, except occasionally in the dorms, but even then it's not always. I don't understand why it's condoned. I also don't understand why students can't visit dorms easily. especially at stockwell, I lived there last year and I loved the study lounges and piano rooms and I have many friends that live there but it is extremely difficult to even get in. I'm a student, not a threat to the community.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I did not qualify for financial aid.

Party Scene: If you are a party goer than this campus provides a great party scene, as far as I can tell. I'm not a party goer so the scene can get kind of annoying. I live right next to a frat and the noise gets old fast.

4 College Junior

Campus Food: Most dining halls have a wide variety of food to choose from. the salad bars are the best, with fresh veggies and fruit. some of the dining halls can get very crowed though, like north quad and east quad. Make your own pizzas are also very great.

Campus Housing: The quality of living varies from dorm to dorm. Some dorms are much nicer than others, providing better computer labs and a lot more common areas than others. many of the dorm rooms are very small though and that makes it difficult to comfortably live. For the most part dorms are kept clean, bathrooms can get messy very quickly though.

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing depends largely on where you are looking.

Off-Campus Dining: The off campus dining is pretty good. If you are willing to walk further distances there are some nice restaurants.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: The campus doesn't seem to be very strict about the use of illegal drugs and underage drinking.

5 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The university gives a great amount of money out is scholarships

Party Scene: I don't go to parties because a majority of them are held at fraternities and sororities and encourage underage drinking.

Campus Food: The dining halls are nothing special, the food is what one would expect at a typical college campus.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Campus housing is great, the university has a variety of options including apartments owned by the university.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Apartments are rather expensive and can be a hassle, but its more of a personal thing to do than something the school helps with in my experience.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Really good food options with a ton of diversity. Every thing you can think of, we have at least one of.

3 College Freshman

Administration: Never had any problems with the administration concerning issues at school.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: Make sure to keep ahead of all your finances and to constantly check in on whether your aid is there or not. Do not wait to check.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: Don't go to parties, aside from study parties. Actual "parties" cause alot of puking @ 2 am on the bus.

4 College Freshman

Campus Food: Unlimited food in dining halls with a meal plan. It's awesome, go in grab what you want and then leave. Weekend hours suck, but normal dining halls are open almost all day. And there are late night cafes that serve all sorts of food.
