Campus Quality: Michigan Has Everything – the classes have been great. the social life is amazing. ann arbor is the greatest college town

Health & Safety: I Feel Completely Safe on Campus – just like anywhere, i wouldn't walk alone late at night, but there are always plenty of people around to walk with or a cab to grab.

Guys & Girls: I was told if I attended the University of Michigan that the people there are snobs and have an heir about them. I am so glad I didn't listen to those people. I have found that not to be true. The students and teachers are very down to earth and very helpful and they don't seem to judge people. It is a very diverse school, so everyone seems to fit in. There is something for everyone there.

Campus Housing: Dorm Life – I love living in the dorm. Its still living on my own but you still have rules that you have to abide by. It is difficult however spending so much time with a person you don't really know, my roommate. I have had quite an adjustment getting used to my roommate. It is very hard at times but I am trying to make the best of the situation. Although it is very trying it is making me a stronger person. Part of the college experience I'm told.

Campus Quality: Campus Activities – The University of Michigan has so many different clubs and activities to get involved in. I have become involved in a few clubs. They make me feel like I am contributing to a worthy cause. I volunteered alot in high school and through the clubs I have joined at college I am still able to volunteer my time and feel good about it. It not only is helping other people, it is also helping me feel good about myself and who and what I am doing it for. Its my contribution.

Overall Experience: Diversity of Umich – I love the University of Michigan because there are so many options available to you whether it comes to academic life or extracurricular activities. You are able to make the University smaller through involvement in student clubs. There is also so much diversity on campus and it is easy to learn about different types of people and cultures. Lastly, i love Michigan football. GO BLUEEEE!

Parking: Parking can be a hassle at times. Its almost always easier to just walk to places on campus. However, having a car is convenient when you need to go to the grocery store 15 minutes outside of campus. Having a car is really only plausible however if you live outside of the dorms for most of the time you are give parking spaces. Tickets I believe are too expensive. Police know that many people need parking spaces especially on football game days. Thus, I believe the ticket prices should be lower because there are many people who are forced to park in places that are not necessarily considered legal.

Campus Quality: Good Mixture – There is everything to offer here and it is at the highest level.

5 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: There is a lot of options and most Sophmores through Seniors live in off campus housing

4 College Sophomore

Transportation: Most things are within walkable distance, school has ties with public transport system to make the large campus accessible. Supermarkets and malls could be a bit closer, but overall quite convenient.

2 College Sophomore

Administration: The school is a little hyper sensitive about plagarism. you could get a failing grade if caught plagarizing and rules are very obscure.

Off-Campus Dining: International Cuisine and Discounts! Pretty good, very international cuisine, quite reasonable prices except for downtown area
There is an annual restaurant week which is a discount week where poor college kids can go and eat in high class restaurants with a discounted price

5 College Freshman

Campus Quality: The Tradtional College – The college has a wonderful tradional feel to it. The director of Harry Potter had considered the Law Library because of the beautiful traditional buildings.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: The student section at U of M football is outrageous! it is alive and full of fun. The team is pulling off a season of wins that will hopefully go to a Bowl championship. Our school spirit can be seen in the spirit wear, the face painting, and other accesories to the game.

5 College Freshman

Technology: Top Notch Connection – The computer available is everywhere on campus. If you have your own laptop, wifi is accessable on most loacations and classrooms on campus. We have tradition ethernet in the dorms, this is the fastest access options for this location. If you do not have your own computer or prefer a MAC or PC, opposite of what you have, there are many computer labs and individual computer stations.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I Love Ann Arbor – Not only is it great to be a wolverine, but the town is an excellent place to live. There are so many places to eat and there is always something going on. I can't picture myself living anywhere else while going to school.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: Game day at U of M is crazy. The fans are all dressed up in maize and blue and there is always something going on. Football games are a blast at the Big House and you will not regret getting season tickets.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: There are libraries all across campus that make it easy to find a place to study. Most of the libraries are quiet and you can always get your homework done. Plus there are cafe's in some of the libraries so you don't have to walk to a dining hall.

4 College Senior

Guys & Girls: Minor Differences – Males and females are more likely to congregate with others of similar sex for conversations, but they seem to cooperate and to have fun with each other well enough. Males are more likely to be loud and boisterous, but that varies with age and type of housing. Particularly for Michigan football, females can match that energy. Females below the post-doctorate level often infrequently wear dresses or skirts. Jeans are a favorite for both sexes.

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: Co-Ops and Apartments – Rates for apartments do not seem to be much different than for the campus dormitories. However, off-campus apartments would provide their inhabitants with more liberty. Dormitories are often closer to campus than most off-campus housing. The housing cooperatives seem to provide an optimal combination of low pricing and liberty, albeit with some chore obligations.

3 College Senior

Health & Safety: Concerns About Theft and Sexual Assault – For the past few years, incidents of sexually related crimes and theft have steadily increased. Thefts are usually the most common, often perpetrated by small groups of two to four individuals. Sexually related crimes have not involved rape. In response, the university increased efforts for campus security to patrol grounds and raised awareness for means for personal security. The vigilance in campus security seems to translate into greater strictness with alcohol consumption, but the campus also seems to have fewer incidents since the normal school year began.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Competitive, but the Selection Is Wide – Because it's such a big university you can literally study anything and there's such a wide selection of courses to address your interests to. Problem is also because there're so many people the competition is crazy.

5 College Sophomore

Athletics: GO BLUE! What? We're the school-spirit school.
Michigan Wolverines are the best and school patriotism is high. Just wait for football saturdays and you'll see...

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: Liberal Campus – Mostly white kids, a lot of Jewish AMerican Prince/Pricesses. Search 'Pursuit of Jappyness" on Youtube and you get a pretty good idea of what it's mostly like. But there are also asians.. quite a lot of asians. Not so much for blacks and latinos. People are pretty accepting but be prepare to stick with your own kind

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Authentic Korean food at reasonable prices. Eating there feels like you're swept off the streets of Ann Arbor and placed right in the hustle and bustle of Seoul.
