3 College Freshman

Scholarships: The financial process goes smoothly somewhat. It kind of took a while and was a bit too much to deal with but maybe that was simply because it was my first time.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Just follow up with the financial aid office, don't think you have to wait for them to contact you.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Be sure to apply for FAFSA, and KEES money if in state. Also, if you're still in high school, go to the counselor's office and they may have school scholarships that you can apply for. I received $1500 from doing so. UofL gives a LOT more than UK. I got a 29 on my ACT and a 4.2 in high school and received $1500 per year from UK and $4,000 from UofL. Apply for as many scholarships as possible and ask teachers to review your essays.

3 Recent Alumnus

Scholarships: I thought I would receive more scholarships from the university, but I got the loans I needed which weren't too much. Also, it helps to look for scholarships on your own anyway.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: they don't know what they are doing at clllllllllllll
