Athletics are a big part of ULL whether it is varsity sports or intramural sports! I play intramural sports for my sorority and we get just as much support as the varsity sports! Our athletic facility, Bourgeois hall, is an amazing facility that I fell in love with the very first time I toured it. My favorite part is the 4 basketball courts! There's also a lap pool, a lounge pool, AND a whirlpool with intertubes! That's also including the weight room, indoor track, and the many different classes that are offered such as yoga, dance, weight lifting, etc.

Living on campus is a great experience! As a freshman, you're not used to being completely independent and on your own in the real world. When moving into campus housing, you not only gain a sense of belonging, but you gain friends and memories that will last a lifetime! The rooms are spacious with spacious closets to match. Everyone on campus is considered family, and we all rep our Cajuns proudly! The convenience of being able to wake up and not drive to your classes is great, and the cost is more than reasonable. Overall, living on campus has been a great experience and got me to become well connected with other students on ULL's campus.

Beautiful campus, everyone was friendly, I felt very safe on campus which is a very important aspect. This school is known for their partying but they also offer great classes with a student teacher ratio of around 17 to 1. It is a great size. The dorms and apartments on campus are newly renovated and very nice. There was a club for ANYTHING you can imagine! They also have many different food options on campus and it is very easy to pay for food (Your ID card acts as a credit card it is also the key to your dorm room!)
