4 College Sophomore

Academics: A lot of options for courses to take along with a lot of major and minor choices

5 College Sophomore

Academics: The classes are fairly simple for Criminal Justice, but a bit harder for International Relations. However, you have a lot of opportunity to network and build your resume, such as traveling abroad to conduct research at the Belize Central Prison, other study abroad programs, internships, and the Lugar Academy which allows you to spend a semester in Washington, D.C. with an internship in your field. The Criminal Justice Majors also have the chance to attend the police academy for their last semester, putting them a bit ahead of graduates from other colleges.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: The curriculum is toughest in the classes that prepare you best. If it's hard, then you come out knowing the information. The easier classes prepare you well too, though. I've never felt like a class was a waste of time because I didn't learn anything in it. The professors are brilliant, too. You get to really know them and they get to know you, which can be good if you need help or want to network. The registration process is fairly simply, but you should try to register for classes as soon as it becomes available. The university also offers a lot of opportunities to study abroad for a couple weeks with your professors for class credit with very exciting topics that can be helpful in your field.
