4 College Freshman

Campus Quality: There are many places and events designed around the student and are very open to the students. The library is probably the best because it's open all night and you can dine while cracking down on that last minute studying.

Campus Quality: the biggest problem with the schools looks is that there are all different types of buildings. from cement to glass, its kind of mismatched. but its the professors and students that matter so if you can overcome the looks of the buildings, its all good.

4 College Senior

Campus Quality: There are a lot of student hangout spots on campus, some more popular than others. Often the most popular spots for students to spend time and hang out is in the dorms. This can sometimes lead to the usual poor behavior and mistakes most freshman make, but is generally safe. There are also great activities and events for students to join in their free time.

4 College Freshman

Campus Quality: University of Hawaii has an abundance of beautiful lawn and trees. It also has a stream that runs up the side of the upper and lower campuses. The university has many culturally-influenced buildings. This includes a beautiful Japanese zen garden hidden behind one of our buildings. Many times between class I have climbed trees and sat and read a book. The campus has a very nice, easy-going flow about it. There are places to eat on campus as well as a few coffee shops. At the center of the campus is a big, new recreation center. On certain days every week, local vendors set up their booths at the center of campus. This also includes local produce companies that create an on campus farmer's market. There are two libraries each with computer lab access. There are many places to hang out, study, put up a hammock, skateboard, etc.
