Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
Having the University of Florida on your resume is already a great thing because of its prestige. Even in these days of much-reduced hiring patterns, UF graduates fare better than their average competitors. If you do not think you stack up to the competition, you can always get your resume reviewed at the Career Resource Center. The main thing when it comes down to finding jobs and internships is get to know everyone possible and be nice to people. Apply yourself in making it a priority to go out there and search for what you want to get out of your life at UF.
