3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Very limited choices. Unreasonably expensive...they follow the lead of the university on pricing...gouge the students!

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Because most upperclassman live in the student neighborhood, landlord options are few and far between.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Nobody lives off campus. Upperclassmen live in school provided houses in an area called the ghetto. It's not actually a ghetto by any means. It's a beautiful neighborhood

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Brown street is great, a lot of variety, and there's a lot of other stuff, but they aren't usually in walking distance.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I prefer to live off campus because it is so much cheaper.
