4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I have had an amazing experience in this school. It is a quite riveting and exciting environment. Students are nice and very helpful if you need a hand. My favorite experience is when I first joined to be part of the schools events. I had so much fun and was learning a lot about Colorados culture. It is distinctive from the rest for its opportunities of free college classes. If there is a chance to do it all over I would choose to go here again as it contains favorable on its students and teachers.

Overall Experience: The professors are very helpful and often work around their schedule to help you succeed. There are tons of classes offered, ranging from a class that discusses the environment to language courses to anime classes.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Many students who graduate have degrees that help them immediate find employment or they pursue a masters or even a doctorate degree.

Health & Safety: We have our own Police force and security group. There are phones to use that immediately connect to law enforcement. There are tons of places and groups that help victims and prevent things happening. Also if some people feel unsafe they can ask for an escort from the campus police officers.

Campus Housing: The dorms are nice and clean. The RA's are very kind and fun to be around. They are close to a café and dining hall as well as the rec center.

Greek Life: There really aren't many Fraternities and Sororities on campus. The few that are do work in the community and charity work.

Athletics: Our school has a great Men' and Women's division 1 basketball team. Both almost won their conference championship games. Students are actively involved with sports especially the black out/white out games.

Overall Experience: The university of Colorado at Colorado Springs is a very good school to attend. It is relatively affordable for most students. The professors genuinely care to help you succeed, all you need to do is ask. I would choose to go to UCCS again if given the opportunity to do so. Plus the school offers fantastic views of Garden of the God's and Pikes Peak.

Overall Experience: I like all my professors. They were always available to help me no matter what time I went to their office hours. I love the fact that they would give their students second chances. Some teachers would give extra credits which were the best I tell you and the biggest class size we have on our campus is the Phycology class (that's if I'm not mistaken) and every other class has small class size. Different classes have different styles, and there are different buildings too.

Overall Experience: There is employement on campus and that's the best job that students can have because it kind of works around class schedual. Some students hold a title of students managers at there work place.

Health & Safety: If we are somewhere on campus that are a few distance walk, and it's dark, we can call the campus police to come and pick us up? And if we were walking and we feel as if someone is following us then we have to call the campus police or press the emergency button. I feel very safe on campus, ever since I started school there-there hasn't been anything suspicious that could give me the red flag.

Campus Housing: Living on campus is great. It helps with the flexibility to attend class, study and do homework. The first few month of living alone (if it's your first time to live away from home) one gets homesick and also have to adapt to the new environment. It's not just the person adapting to the environment but the body does too. Applying for housing was a very natural process, and the housing office helps and most people prefer getting help from them on orientation day.

Greek Life: I dont know much about the greek life but I know is that there try to make a difference in our community especially the school community.

Athletics: I'm not interested in the sport but I attended the big match this year during the Spring Semester, and I think they did quite will. There are so many students that participate in supporting both intramurals and varsity sports. Their games have similarities, but one gets more sports attendence than the other which are the varsity sports. There has always been school spirit, and I don't think that anyone or any school member would want their competition to beat them especially at their own school ground, state or city.

Overall Experience: In my opinion, my school is great. So far the teachers that have taught me have done an excellent job. The teachers don't just make sure that I learn and understand the subject they teach but for us to also have that teacher-student relationship. What I mean by the teacher-student relationship is that a student like myself will not learn nor understand a subject as intended to like so the subject I need to like the teacher and vice verse. My school is also great because they have all types of resources to help students succeed in all areas of education. Everyone there are friendly and easy to talk to, Its hard to find people smiling and pushing themselves even when they are the most tired but students at my school strive for the best, and they sacrifice a lot to get there. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that my school is perfect, but I'm just saying that the people and the things I surround myself with has been positively influencing me and me wouldn't change that for the world.
