Overall Experience: So far I have had a great experience with the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. They have numerous clubs and activities to beef up any resume, along with exceptional teachers and faculty. I am excited to be a student here.

Overall Experience: The classes that I have taken so far have been really good. All of my professors are very helpful and are willing to take significant time out of their day to help their students. The campus is fairly small, but I really like it. It has a beautiful view of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountain front range. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a very solid student life, but that fact is quickly changing.

Overall Experience: The only complaint I have would be about my roommates, but that does not reflect the academic excellence of my school. It was a fantastic first year experience and it made me want to finish my four years in this university.

Overall Experience: I really enjoy going to UCCS. Plenty of options, plenty of help from both students and teachers a like. I recommend this school to many other people.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I enjoy this school because it is the right size for me. It is not too big or too small. It has everything that I am looking for.

Overall Experience: The school is cool, campus seems like a great place and it really felt like waling on a University campus. They're also expanding on the amenities for students for which awesome. However, I am a non-traditional student who works full-time and has 3 kids. For my degree program, there are not enough online options so I will now have to transfer to another school. Also, The new amenities are cool, but be prepared to pay A LOT of student fees on top of tuition rates. Even if you have a degree program that offers online classes and you are not on-campus to utilize everything you pay for, you still have to finance it!

Overall Experience: My school has a beautiful campus and lots of stuff to do. I love the people that make up the school.

Overall Experience: I am currently taking classes online through UCCS as part of the dual enrollment nursing program. I attend Front Range Community College in Fort Collins.

Overall Experience: I personally have found a lot of good opportunities at UCCS. I was very happy with the choice of my school and I still am. It isn't too big and it isn't too small either. Greek life is awesome and the office of student activities provides students plenty of choices for events and fun things to do on and off campus! One thing that makes my school unique is the health care system. We are given the opportunity to pay for health care for the full semester. It means so matter how many times you go to the health center, or what medications you need, it is always completely covered. It was extremely beneficial to me my first year!

Administration: I think they are very nice but strict when needed.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I have not found out a way to obtain scholarships through the school.

Campus Food: I feel as though Cafe 65 is not the best food. I found myself not eating almost every meal I got from there. I love Jazzman's and Clydes. It's usually really good.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Good places nearby to eat. Can even take the shuttle to four diamonds and walk across to many places to eat. Or the metro bus runs near/at the school too. Giving many places to choose from, even with no car.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Be prepared to possibly submit papers 1-5 times. I don't know what they do with them but I had to submit mine 3 times.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: I don't live on campus but I have friends that do that really enjoy it.

3 College Junior

Administration: There's not too much campus strictness. Everyone respects campus policies.

3 College Junior

Diversity: There a large diversity here at UCCS. We have national and international transfer students, people of all colors, and people from different socioeconomic backgrounds and beliefs. Everyone respects each other and I haven't heard of any racism or sexism going on here.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Some people seem quite enthusiastic about the athletics here. I think it's okay but I don't involve myself in it.

3 College Junior

Majors: It wasn't hard getting into the Communication program. One problems though is trying to get the classes you need to graduate since they are only open at certain times of the year and can fill up real fast. If new, take the classes that only come up every so often first, if you have the prerequisites for it.

3 College Junior

Majors: I like the Communication program, especially since I'm taking the Digital Filmmaking and Media track. i have meet several people who are great in that type of work from creating music software to video editing to camera work. I am learning so much in this field and will continue to add to my knowledge. The work load may be a bit difficult with film analysis, film projects, and long essays but I enjoy the program.

Off-Campus Dining: Love eating off-campus when I can

3 College Student

Scholarships: I did not receive any of the scholarships that I applied for even after they sent me letters saying they would like to give them to me. Aid is difficult.

3 College Student

Campus Food: Food is good. Wish that we could use our points at Clyde's, though.

4 College Student

Campus Housing: I love living on campus

2 College Freshman

Greek Life: We hear close to nothing about Greek life.
