Weather: The weather here in Oklahoma is crazy! One day its balmy and the next day it's snowing. If roads are iced over classes are usually cancelled; UCO has about 16,000 commuting students.

Weather: Oklahoma weather is crazy. UCO tries to keep the campus open if they can. Even with bad conditions like snow and ice. Ihey do a pretty good job shoveling the snow and ice off most sidewalks.

From tornadoes to ice storms, you can never know exactly what to expect from Oklahoma's changing weather. It is possible to wake up to thunder and lightning and end your day with 80-degree weather. Generally, Oklahoma weather can vary between below freezing to the 100s depending on the season, but this can't always be guaranteed through daily forcasts.

Expect to keep at least a thin jacket on hand in case you have to fight a possible change in weather, in addition to keeping up with both weekly and daily forecasts. There could be a chance that the jogging shorts you put on in a rush getting to class could be your demise if the temperature decides to drop 20 degrees unexpectedly!
