3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Not many students are involved with the sports. Those who are really enjoy it, and are huge fans and/or players. The athletic facilities are pretty good. There's several different sports and activities that are open to both athletes, other students, and the general public.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: It's a fine school, but the systems they have in place don't always work well. They did not always properly explain how to get online parts of homework done. Some also made the homework an online thing, and that's just dumb.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I have not encountered any issues in this area.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I loved all of my professors, except for one. She was a Graduate Student and just could not relate to her students.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I really have no opinion here

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I expected more interaction with the people on my floor, but most leave their doors shut and only socialize with their suite mates.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek like is becoming a large part of the UCM environment, but it still has a ways to go.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I'm not really an athletic person so it's hard for me to review this. Just not that interested in participating in this area of school.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Love the school, the teachers and the atmosphere.

4 College Junior

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Yes, I would choose UCM, if I had to do it all over again. Classes are laid out all together in order to get the degree.

5 College Freshman

Academics: Curriculum is difficult however not impossible. Curriculum is for the students best interest and aims to teach the student and prepare them for graduation and their future career.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There have been a few incidents of campus crime, however students are given awareness. There is also many places for support including counseling that can help with assault. When it comes to walking alone on campus there is provided a SAFE Team where one can call and be escorted around campus.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Students are very accepting as well as the professors. My criminal justice professor was always happy to help anyone who asked. the classroom environment was exciting and I learned so much more than I did before.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: This school is focused around finding a job after graduation internships are always available and professors encourage students to take as many as possible to have experience and an excellent resume.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Dorms could have a bit more room and cleanliness, however that is up to the students. If one does not get along with their roommate there are open moves throughout the semester and housing is very helpful.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek life is proudly looked upon. It is a great way to meet new people. Most greeks on campus are very accepting and do wonderful things for the community including fundraising for those in need.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: Sports are a great thing to get involved on campus. Coaches are very helpful and flexible. They also care about the students success by checking with professors how their athletes are performing in class.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: This school and the teachers are excellent. The school's professors have worked in the field that they teach and are very interested in their students success if the students proves that they want to achieve success. Career services has helped me a ton with resumes, cover letters, and searching for a work study program. This is a great school and is a great fit for me!

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: Although we receive emails about an assault or robbery 2-3 times a month, the crimes are not that severe. If people took the opportunity to call the Safety Team, maybe some of the assaults could be cut out.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The classes that I have taken for my major, were a good start to preparing me for my field. My professors made class material very interesting by their enthusiasm and effort put into the course. Most of the classrooms are that of a small high school setting, which gives you the opportunity to have a better connection with the professor.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Dorm llife is pretty much what any pre-college student could expect. Not knowing who your roommate or suitemates will be, may be a little overwhelming, especially if you are use to living at home as the only child, like I was. The dorm buildings are about a 5 minute walking distance from classrooms, so that's a good aspect.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: Being an African American, I only know much about the Divine 9 (NPHC). Most of the time, the sorority women are easy to approach and get to know, because they are involved on campus. The fraternities are pretty relaxed and the guys are friendly.
