The University of Central Florida is statistically proven to be one of the most diverse school as the undergraduate population consists of 61,000 students. With diversity such as this, there are numerous amounts of opportunities and ways for every student to get involved. My beloved school has hundreds of clubs that will suit any student's taste. Due to University of Central Florida's large population of talented undergraduates, the campus is the third largest college campus in the nation! The campus is comprised of amazing, modern buildings and multiple famous eateries. UCF, Knights Nation, is the best school in Florida and if I had the chance to choose another university for my future education, I would simply reject the offer.

My university is extremely active. I love the high energy my school cultivates--there is always something happening on campus! Due to the fact that I live on campus and do not have a car, it helps that there are so many activities happening right around the corner like Comedy Night and Yoga Under the Stars. The events help me to stay connected to my community and allow me to meet new people. Not to mention, the football games are very exciting! I attend one of the largest universities in the country, and this furthermore gives me the chance to encounter people from all types of backgrounds and preferences. I love getting to learn about various cultures, countries, and ideas, and I enjoy being challenged to think outside of my usual perspective. The professors I have had have been insightful and helpful, and there are many resources available in case I need academic, professional, personal, or medical assistance. Though a college education certainly requires financial sacrifice, it is worth the expense. I would definitely choose to go to the University of Central Florida again if given a second chance, and I am glad to have had the opportunity to attend my school!

I started UCF in 2005, and since then have returned to earn three degrees (BA/BS/MEd) a graduate certificate, and will be going for my PhD Fall 2015.

I absolutely love UCF!

The faculty are not only extremely professional, but are continuously researching and adding to their knowledge base.

The campus itself is gorgeous. Built in concentric circles, the large campus is simple to navigate, and expansion is well thought out. There are even nature preserves on site!

Student life has literally any club/activity you desire. Chocolate club? Check. Juggling? Got it. Tailgating parade? Yes. With several on site housing locations, and several restaurants, UCF is its own city!

Speaking of cities, UCF is located in the very busy Orlando, yet is tucked away from the theme parks and tourist destinations. This means that not only is heavy traffic not as much of a concern (only local, albeit 60,000 students), but vacation is just a short drive away!

While not as old as the two rivals of Florida, FSU and UF, UCF has much to offer and is definitely worth a visit.
