Off-Campus Housing

Off-Campus Housing: Housing is expensive but thats about it.

Off-Campus Housing: It can be a tad pricey.

Off-Campus Housing: I own my home nearby but for those students who want to live closer to campus, the options are really trendy and pricey. There are many homes that offer subleasing, renting, etc but I have no knowledge since I don't utilize those. They SEEM to be fairly priced/clean and the surrounding neighborhood is awesome. Public transportation and proximity to campus/shopping is not an issue anywhere in Baltimore City.

Off-Campus Housing: There is good public transportation around the school so a student can find good housing

Off-Campus Housing: I have lived on campus on off campus and I would say it is better to find housing off campus because it is much cheaper and you have a lot more variety.

Since UB is in the middle of the city, there are plenty of apartments that students will love to live in. Although UB doesn't have a typical college atmosphere, the city life is still good for a campus experience. The apartments are close to classes, libraries, and transportation. There is housing available for students at Sutton Place, Horizon House, Queen Anne Belvedere apartments, and Henderson House apartments.

For more information, UB has a housing placement coordinator who is a licensed real estate agent that can help students find proper housing in the UB Midtown area.
