4 College Sophomore

Transportation: We have a trolly that takes you around campus.

3 College Freshman

Transportation: The people that drive the Trojan Trolleys or whatever they're called are really nice.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: The campus has a free shuttle that runs from the parking lots and dorms to the main campus with multiple pick up and drop off points.

3 College Junior

Transportation: The trolley runs throughout UALR's housing, parking lots, and campus from 7 am to 10 pm so that people won't have to walk when it's dark, during inclement weather, or if we just want to be lazy. The trolley has a tracker through our app. which tells us which routes are running and what time they will be arriving at each location. We also have public transportation that runs through and picks up on our campus. So, it's very accessible.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: There is a trolley that goes around, but there's only a couple. So it takes forever waiting for one.

There aren’t any modes of transportation to move students around campus, but there’s transportation that students can use to get to and from campus. The Central Arkansas Transit (CAT) is the public transportation system of Little Rock and runs during the week and weekends. This mode of transportation is popular among many adult students.

For traditional students who live on campus, transportation is not as big of a concern since they can get around campus by walking. If they want to go somewhere off campus, they can either drive themselves or catch a ride with a friend who has a vehicle. Of course, on-campus students can also utilize the public bus system, as well. Schedules are available at the Information Desk in the Donaghey Student Center or on the CAT website (
