The University has taken tremendous steps to keep its students surrounded by technology. There are computer labs all over campus, such as in the library and different colleges on campus. With seven computer labs and growing, UALR provides a strong resource for its students, and continues to do so. Although many students have their own computers here, there are resources all over campus for students who don’t or want to work somewhere else on campus. Students can access the Internet from any point on campus through the wireless network, and the tech support staff at UALR is extremely talented in what they do. Tech support provides top-notch service and help in everything from from answering routine questions to installing software.

UALR has integrated technology and academics very well. Many courses are taught in multimedia classrooms. It is also very likely that a student's class is in a building that has a computer lab. Overall, students enrolling in UALR can expect to find technology quite abundant on campus.
