Academic Flexibility: I think my experience at school has it's up's and down's. My first year of school I was trying to get the hang of going to school full time and working full time. It was a lot for me to get use to now I'm use to going to work full time and work full time. Trying to get use to doing homework, paper work, and group partner stuff. Trying to find classes I think was the hardest for me it was hard for me because I work in the morning time so I had to take all night classes and a couple online. I have now learned to do pick good classes with good teacher's for my night classes. I had a lot of frustrations with trying to get sleep, homework done and working at the same time. I always tell myself all the time now it will pay off soon.

Online Courses: My experience online classes was good. I took math and a couple of computer class online. Online classes are very different from traditional classroom experience only because online classes your basically on your on time to finish all the week that you have for the week verses traditional classroom's you have like say assignment that was due Monday that is probably going to be due by next class period. Online classes to me is alittle easier that traditional classroom's. The only thing about online classes you don't get a lot of peer to peer interaction like with traditional classroom's.

Career Services: The post - grad services at my school is really good. They try to help us look for a better paying job that we have now or even try to find us a job because some students never had a job and trying now to get one with a degree.

Overall Experience: My favorite courses this last semester was Criminal Justice. I loved that class, i learned a lot from that class. The ends and outs about the Law and being a police office. It's a very hard time now for police officers because all the things that they're putting in the news now. The professor really taught the class very good. I would get so excited about going to criminal justice class because i knew that we was going to learn something different every day. Our class size was very small, it was only 5 of us in class so everybody really got a chance to know each other instead of it being like 25 people in one class and we didn't really get to know our professor. We all got to know our professor on different levels.

Overall Experience: I think the student career prospects is very good for my degree. The adviser help out a lot for you to get help with finding a internship for your degree that you plan to be in.

Academic Experience: My major is in Organizational leadership which deals with both human psychology as well as expert tactics. Organizational leadership emphasizes on developing leadership skills and abilities that are relevant across the organizations. It clearly identifies and distinguishes the leaders from the mangers. It helps us students draw upon the knowledge of many disciplines, including leadership, social sciences, technology, and communication. The program will prepare me for success in emerging global, corporate, government, and industrial environments. This degree helps you build a associate degree, develop an enriched knowledge base and new perspective for work and life and also open doors to obtaining a master's or doctoral degree. Internship/ job opportunities i could have at are OK Transportation inc, Dillard's, Western Arkansas Employment Development Agency, South Eastern Freight Lines, Klein Tools and ABF Freight. I can also internship at Gerber's Factory.

Overall Experience: I think my school is a very great school. Even through our school started off really small over the years our school has grown to be a bigger campus.

Academic Flexibility: Works well, was given the AP classes that I was promised.

Online Courses: Online classes are a very convenient way to keep up with classes outside of the major that don't require that much skill.

3 College Junior

Career Services: Offers chances to look at jobs in the local areas that, while limited, pay well and are long term enough to find a better job more in the field.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Teachers and other students within the majors get along great, everyone working in close-knit groups towards a single goal. Everyone in the majors knows everyone and it works out great.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Overall everything seems very decent, with a program to help students find potential jobs when they leave college.

4 College Junior

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Overall UAFS provides a very good experience for all major specific classes, but general education classes seem to be very phoned in, like the teacher wants to be there just as little as the students.

Online Courses: I've had online classes before and these are made easy to handle

Academic Experience: I personally do not know yet how my experience with U of A Fort Smith's nursing program will lead out, but I have positive outlook towards this facility and its advising staff. I do anticipate heavy workload because of the major I am pursuing, though that is to be expected.

4 College Student

Overall Experience: I have yet to attend my classes for the Nursing program, but just from the BSN Orientation I attended and meeting advisors and some select few of professors that spoke to us, I felt welcome and encouraged to not only focus on success, but also to anticipate that I will challenge myself to greatest lengths in order to achieve that success. This school cares about success in their students and encouraging personal growth. Thus, I believe this form of teacher-student relationship is good for anyone who desires to better their future tenfold with a little bit of sweat along the way.
