I really like how the professors want you to learn and prosper. They don't just push you through and teach you nothing. The campus is beautiful and easy to find your classes. There are lots of campus activities including music, sports, organizations, etc. The library has been renovated and looks amazing! There are many new computers and books. The advising office does a good job of helping students choose classes and majors.

My major is in Organizational leadership which deals with both human psychology as well as expert tactics. Organizational leadership emphasizes on developing leadership skills and abilities that are relevant across the organizations. It clearly identifies and distinguishes the leaders from the mangers. It helps us students draw upon the knowledge of many disciplines, including leadership, social sciences, technology, and communication. The program will prepare me for success in emerging global, corporate, government, and industrial environments. This degree helps you build a associate degree, develop an enriched knowledge base and new perspective for work and life and also open doors to obtaining a master's or doctoral degree. Internship/ job opportunities i could have at are OK Transportation inc, Dillard's, Western Arkansas Employment Development Agency, South Eastern Freight Lines, Klein Tools and ABF Freight. I can also internship at Gerber's Factory.

Resources Are Widely Available – The resources on campus aren't bad and are continuing to grow. The gym has a fully basketball court, studio rooms, and a variety of athletic equipment with great and friendly trainers ready for your benefit. They are currently extending to their library and making changes all around campus. On campus housing is great! The Lions Den has dorm style living with new modern interiors while The Sebastian Commons have apartment style living. The campus center is definitely the place to go for just about anything you need whether it's food, books, entertainment, a study place, or even just a place to hang out.
