5 College Senior

Academics: Great professors and academic adviser.

3 College Senior

Academics: Some of the professors are really passionate and you actually learn something then some professors are a bit crazy and talk about their son's foot fetish in class every day.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: There is a great effort made by most professors to engage the class and encourage learning, they are very interesting in helping you be academically successful but are, thankfully, entirely honest with grading (if you earn a D then they won't change it to help you with the scholarship, you need to make efforts throughout the semester). The curriculum is neither here nor there, they are doing cuts some some of the liberal arts and less popular sciences are being removed. This causes problems for the students in the program since being able to complete their degree is next to impossible unless you switch colleges. The workload isn't bad, they do push you to take 15 credits per semester in order to graduate on time (in 4 years) but that works for some and not for others.

2 College Senior

Academics: It seems like alot of stuff is just thrown out there with no concern about whether the students understand it.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Education is prime at UAF! It's a great school!
