The financial aid staff at the University of Advancing Technology have been so amazing! They are very friendly, always available to help, and caring. Since the school is so small, most of the staff gets to know the student body personally. They remember your name and remember what you've talked about in the past. It's a great school and the enrollment process was almost seem less.

There is a diversity as far as ethnics, religion, and politics. There is a huge different with gender though. It is a majority male population at UAT, then there are the females, and we have a transgender community as well! As far as I can tell everyone is pretty accepting. There is also "cave trolls," or people who tend to stay in their room, unless the have class or need to get food.

The professors are super friendly. They want to help the students as much as possible and provide valuable feedback for them. The variety of courses for the General Education could be better, but as far as degree specific they cover a range of topics! The class sizes are pretty small compared to a normal university.
