3 College Senior

Career Services: I have not really spoke to any advisors about transferring but this semester I plan on doing that so that all my credits transfer over.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: The career center offers a variety of ways to help the students find a job and also help the students find internships. The best function this school does is help you transfer to a 4 year college, the credits transfer for the most part but you have to make sure the classes you are taking help. The advisors do a great job and helping you see what classes would benefit you the most.

3 College Junior

Career Services: It has many agreements with in-state colleges.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I do not know much about the post-grad services at Union County College.

3 College Senior

Career Services: at best with recommendations you can get internships or jobs within the industry but you cant get degrees past an associates

UCC offers programs such as Employer Central, Industry Business Institute, and Workforce Development. These programs are designed to help students as well as county residents find work after obtaining their degrees. They also help improve students' skills and prepare them for a career.

The career services department also assists students in deciding on their future jobs and provides different options and guidance. Most students at UCC usually attend a four-year school after graduation, so employment immediately after graduation is not common. An associate degree is a great start, but it is not much compared to a bachelor's or master's degree from a four-year school.
